My wife and I went to Towbin Dodge to look at new Dodge chargers, our Dodge Durango was 5 years old and our elderly parents could no longer climb in it easily. He completely listened to our needs, even the fact the car we liked did not have the rims we liked. he arranged the deal very professionally and even replaced the rims with what my wife wanted. We will never forget this great experience with him on this car purchase. We dont remember the finance persons name but he was great also, had all paperwork correct and no issues closing the $$ on the financed deal. More

Follow-up calls by Adrian to ensure satisfaction were regular and sincere, it was evident when we received a holiday card from him...this was not just another sale, he truly cares about the people he serves. Towbin Dodge is lucky to have someone like Adrian who cares about the customer. As for service after the sale, I get routine calls from service staff reminding me of any service specials and any service that is required or due for my vehicle. When I do visit the delearship service center staff is always great to work with, and my vehicle is ready when they say it will be....and my salesman Adrian makes an effort/finds time to track me down before I leave and say "hi, is everything alright". I appreciated the service and personal committment of Towbin Dodge and Adrian that I purchased a new Fiat as well.
