Had to look for a new car for my son, his was totaled. the car we wanted wasn't even instate but Thom did a search and found us a car in California. My car was towed from my house to the dealership where it was determined that I had a dead battery. Upon diagnosing the problem, they realized I was due for a tune-up and called to ask if I wanted that done as well as fixing the original problem which turned out to be a dead battery.
