Adrian Latifeci is an outstanding service rep. Because of him I have trust and confidence in team. He truly cared to take care of my problems and fix it in a timely matter and because of him I r Because of him I have trust and confidence in team. Adrain latifeci took time to walk me through needs and should of recommend service instead rushing me to get it done right away. He understood financial hardships and say when you have flow bring it in. So second time dealing with him he had the paper work and was ready to get the job done 15 mins before my appointment time. I hope he stays with this dealship and gets award for being a awesome person and pride in whar he does. Other then that "warranty department" I wanted to get a new fob. Last time it was a quick change of fobs. This time they said it would take at least 3-6 months to get my warranty approved for my key fob. So I don't know if I recommend the deal 7 year warranty if it's that much of a hassle to get anything warranty through the dealership. Car wash. I don't know of something happened with my drivers side mirror but now the motor to tuck in tje mirror does not engage. So I will have to see if the department can warranty it. More

The service center at this place is horrible. I’ve had two other bad experiences here with them upselling unnecessary services and was forced to go back there since they had the part for a Ram Fu I’ve had two other bad experiences here with them upselling unnecessary services and was forced to go back there since they had the part for a Ram Fuel pump recall. They have about 20 people standing around in the check in bay and no one helping to get the truck checked in, too busy with their personal conversations. Since I’ve had issues getting the recall done I called FCA myself to book the appointment way in advance. I get there and the service manager stops the SAnfrom competing the check in and tells me he don’t care what FCA booked and that the parts he has are for his book of customers. He was rude, condescending, and could care less. Offered no solution. If I were you I would run away from this dealer at all costs. I asked for Challengers and a guy call FREDERICK "CHEF" walked in our conversation and started trying to help. The Sales Manager , Lloyd ANDERSON , recognized me and even that I showed then a $ 29 k evaluation from CARMAX , Lloyd told me they could offer me 26k for my truck.....I noticed my paperwork from CARMAX disappeared and I saw the General Manager whispering at CHEF's ears. They offered me a 2016 Dodge Challenger to trade for my truck. They brought the Carfax for my truck and the Challenger and Lloyd started telling me it was a great trade. When I told them I was leaving, Lloyd did everything to not let me leave the dealer...he promised me back up camera, tinted windows. I stayed there for 4 hours, and they lied to me for 4 hours. I was tired and agree to go ahead with the trade, in 2 minutes FRDERICK CHEF removed the license plate in my truck for a dealers license. They told me to drive the truck because they would install the backup camera. 30 days went by, CHEF called me to get the CHALLENGER, to my surprise he lent me another truck, told me the Challenger wasn't ready and they already sold my truck...little he knows I drove by 3 days later and my truck was in their lot for sake for $29,900. Frederick CHEF told me he was going to deliver my Challenger and bring to my home. When he came to my home at 10 pm I noticed the backup camera was the cheapest one $ 25 dollars and they charged me without my authorization $ 700 for a backup camera. I went back to the dealer and the Sales manager LLOYD ANDERSON, told me the number was fictitious, so the DMV wouldn't charge too much taxes??? Is that legal, and I confess I didn't even understand his answer...I ended up finding out I lost 10 k trading my truck for the Challenger. They are crooks. Do not buy at this place and if you see LLOYD ANDERSON and FREDERICK CHEF run away...they will backstab you. How can they sleep at night? Scammers. How come this dealer still open? They screwing people every single day. Go to CARMAX they give 30 days for you to decide to stay with the car or not. Karma will get you Lloyd and Frederick Chef. They are crooks, the owner's PUPPETS. I had a 8 AM appointment, I got there at approximately 7:15 AM . The service advisor came out almost immediately, he went over my car with me and with in minutes they took it back for regular maintenance. 7:15 AM .
