This is my first time using Towbin Dodge Ram to service my 2021 Ram Truck and I am very happy. I had been using another dealer exclusively since 2021 and their service was okay but always a bit slow to re my 2021 Ram Truck and I am very happy. I had been using another dealer exclusively since 2021 and their service was okay but always a bit slow to respond to me and slow to make appointments. After 2 weeks waiting for a call back to get an appointment for specific requirements and recalls, I stopped my approach with my current dealer and went with Towbin Dodge Ram. I made an appointment, was promptly in and out. Bobbie Gonzales was really great. She explained everything and also explained why some of the recall items could not yet be done. The team was very fast, she checked and made sure that many of my items that were under warranty were covered and she saved me both in time and money. She kept me updated on the truck, and met me when I returned to finalize everything and take me to my truck. Top level service, great attitude, good information and great pricing. I am ecstatic and now have my new dealer to service my vehicle!!! Thank you Towbin and than you Bobbie! More
