About 6 months ago we had our vehicle in for service. The service team was changing personnel. Our vehicle sat for 5 weeks with no answers. We decided to try this dealership one more time. From the start Christian new his job. He was, professional, communicated the status of our vehicle. When the issue was identified he immediately called to notify me of the work. Christian restored my faith in Towbin Dodge. I,m a 3RD generation dodge owner. I was considering changing brands. This experience restored that faith in the Dodge vehicles, and service.
