I have had pendulum swings of service consistency from Towbin Dodge. However, Steve, the service manager, and Floyd, the service tech (?), have really helped quell any previous issues I had. Floyd was extremely helpful in describing the issues at hand, resolution options, and coverages that are extended, providing me tremendous peace of mind. Steve is very supportive and understanding of the concerns that I have expressed, and while our original conversations may not have been as pleasant as they grown to be, we have been able to work through all areas of concern that has left me tremendously satisfied. I am updating this review as my situation goes along and honestly it's been a wild ride. I bought my first brand new vehicle a 1500 Ram with the v6 3.6 e tourque engine, it's a bighorn quad cab. My first new vehicle, but I am moving and needed something reliable. As I was driving away me and my passenger heard a sound (almost like plastic was wrapped around the fires) I immediately brought my truck back and went to Adonis. I also noticed they (didn't take the chalk off my windshield in the small corner). He tells me I have new tires and that is the only issue and I'm overthinking it. I drove off the lot again and a mechanic Will was heading home and I opened my window because I saw the uniform and said "hey man do you hear that?" He already heard it before I came over to him and said "hey bring it back tomorrow whenever you get here I'll take care of it" and he did. Now this was a hard night for me because it's a brand new truck and I need maintance. I took it in and 3 hours go by with no response. I reach out to the Adonis and I'm asking for my money back, I'm worried, I want my old truck back. I feel terrible about this deal and how can I not, he pushed me aside at that point. Transactions are final and that's that. I also am moving in a week and was promised I will be able to register my vehicle online from Adonis and this is my first time in the process, apparently that is not a promise a dealer can make. After all of this I am leaving a good review because of Dez (customer service), Stephen (service manager), Will (service rep), and Amy (finance). All of them together have worked very hard and they went out of there way to make my car buying experience better. Dez really put her best foot forward here, she got handed tough circumstances but really was my advocate during a tough process. More
