I went for a deal on diesel engine oil change and the advisor who extended the card was off, so some other guy (I guess the service manager) could not honor it said we had never had these deals, and 1.5 advisor who extended the card was off, so some other guy (I guess the service manager) could not honor it said we had never had these deals, and 1.5 hours turned in 4 due to oil shortage in the middle of my service, but Chris Valle gave me a discount for the inconvenience of the long wait, in a different issue courtesy car wash is given at other dealers in the area,(Cadillac, Lincoln, Ford) and you had that service broken for 2 weeks, I know is a courtesy but for the regular services? Chef Fred was amazing. Made sure he found the right car for our budget. However after we left they were blowing us up stating we need to come in to scan ID. We went across town to take the ID, a few hours later they called again stating we needed to come down ASAP, there was a mistake in the finance paperwork and it needed to be corrected right away and both parties needed to sign, mind you it was already Friday afternoon and we were just there!! How come they didn't say anything when we stopped by before leaving town?! We had pre plans to leave town for my sons birthday. We did inform them we wouldn't be back until the next business day (MONDAY) they seemed upset. How frustrating! Having to go back multiple times for their mistakes. More
