While I do appreciate all of the help, and we're satisfied now, I do say do you research and be fully prepared when walking into any dealership. Thanks again Dezy and Jason! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. My husband and I bought a brand new 2022 Ram, and traded in our 2020 Jeep. PNut (Stephen) was our salesman, while at the dealership was great. He explained everything in great detail, took us on a test drive, and he told us multiple times when the deal goes through he'll have the dealership cover the cost for tinting, so we spend 6 hours to get the deal financed at the dealership. The next week we go to the tint place Pnut told us to go to, and he tells us he NEVER said he would pay for it!!! It took us threatening to leave a yelp review to get him to honor his word. This was after he told us multiple times he would never treat a customer badly because he values integrity and wants to be treated how he treats other. Fast forward 3 weeks later we still have no green slip! There's no way to register the truck, and we have no idea if the sale has even gone through! I've logged into our MyDMV account and it's not even showing we have purchased a vehicle! The registration is due June 2nd. How are we supposed to register a car without an EDRS or proof of purchase? We've spoke to the bank and everything on our end is done. We sent paystubs, proof of residency and completed our phone call with the bank within two days of purchase. However we are unable to get through to our financial manager, Jacob. We called the dealer, left voicemails, emailed, called and texted his cell multiple time and still no response!! Jacob threatened to block our number after texting to ask for an update on the sale. And now we have the lender for our trade in harassing us for the payoff! Jacob told us it's our responsibility to make payments for the trade in until the dealership pays it off!? How is that our responsibility when they have the car in possession? And they want make payments on the truck we can't even register as well? We can't get ahold of anyone!! We are sick of the bad communication and lack of respect for a customer spending over $50k on a vehicle. If you want a good deal and good people to work with, this is NOT the dealership to go to. And if you do go here, do not work with Jacob or Pnut. ALL WE WANTED WAS COMMUNICATION! More
