1st time at Towbin Dodge had to drop off my friends Nicholle car while she was busy and man what a great experience! This gentleman with a bow tie named William Fortner approached me in a very fast, respectful, professional way. He made very welcome and it wasn’t even my car. He also showed me where all the snacks and beverages where which was cool cause he didn’t have to he also walked me through from start to finish of what’s going on!
