Dealing via phone calls and emails, Mike helped the process to provide the necessary information to obtain pre-approval prior to flying to the Henderson, Nevada dealership to complete our purchase. Mike’s diligent efforts and knowledge answered all our questions, responded in a timely manner, and worked to get our purchase offer line with what we wanted. After arriving at the dealership, Mike kept us informed as the transaction paperwork was completed. The vehicle was as promised. Mike took us through setting up the apps and connections and we were able to be on our way driving back to California in a short time. Amy King, in finance, completed our paperwork efficiently. She explained the contract in detail and the additional warranties available. Amy was able to register our vehicle in California, a value added in purchasing from out of state! Chef Fred cooked us up a great deal on a used GMC Acadia. His manager Vance was great also and they did not pressure us into making the sale. When I took the car in for tinting, they only did the front windows, claiming that the privacy glass in the back was tinted also, which was totally incorrect. To get proper heat reflective tinting now, I'll have to take it to another place. More
