He is very unprofessional, makes promises to get a sale and then goes back on his word. We bought a brand car on Presidents day they were paying for new registration on new cars only. He said he would pay and then goes back on his word. We bought a brand car on Presidents day they were paying for new registration on new cars only. He said he would pay for it and also give a year worth of oil changes for problems we had while buying the brand new car. Once it came down to it,sale was final he said he never said he would pay for registration and also backed out of the year of oil changes. He lied multiple times to me on the phone and in person, I had him on recording saying he would pay for it but still denied it. He was only concerned about me giving him all 10s on a survey and when I didnt give him all 10s he started telling me things were void because I gave him pretty much all zeros. He blew my phone up with texts and phone calls. Till this day he didnt take care of anything he promised, we will never send any family or friends to this dealership as they are unprofessional and lie to your face just to get a sale. More

Made the "impossible" POSSIBLE! Mr. Lloyd Hicks (or as I call him "Mr. Lloyd") made the impossible POSSIBLE for me. I went to Towbin Dodge just to speak with a salesman, briefly expl Mr. Lloyd Hicks (or as I call him "Mr. Lloyd") made the impossible POSSIBLE for me. I went to Towbin Dodge just to speak with a salesman, briefly explain my financial situation and see if there was anything they'd be able to do. I had very low expectations because my credit situation was not the best (it's not the worst either but you get my point). Mr. Lloyd was optimistic from the start. I told him that I didn't have the time to actually complete a credit application since I had to be at work in about an hour and a half (and from previous car buying experience, they keep you at those dealerships for what seems like hours on end). Mr. Lloyd had me complete just a few questions on the application and he asked me if I had a specific vehicle in mind. I told him that I wanted a Dodge Journey but I was positive that he couldn't make it happen. Mr. Lloyd said he understood that I had to be at work so he told me that he would "work on it" and get back to me. With that, I went about my way to work and was expecting to get an apologetic voicemail with an invite to come back once my credit improved. To my surprise, a couple of hours later, I had a voicemail from Mr. Lloyd stating that he had "good news" and to call him back. He also sent me a text message saying he had a Dodge Journey that I was approved for! I couldn't believe my eyes or my ears! I didn't have work that next day so I arrived at Towbin Dodge with my all of my paperwork and left a couple of hours later in my beautiful, black Dodge Journey (although Mr. Lloyd had processed most of the paperwork, they detailed my Journey while I waited). Mr. Lloyd was very welcoming, friendly, enthusiastic, thorough and positive. He knew he could get me in a new vehicle while I thought it was impossible without thousands of dollars for a down payment, which I did not have. My plan is to keep this vehicle for 1 year, go back to Mr. Lloyd, let him work his magic and get a brand spanking new Dodge Journey with all the bells and whistles! But I must say, I absolutely LOVE my Journey that Mr. Lloyd got me into. If you're on the hunt for a new or used vehicle, you owe it to yourself to visit Towbin Dodge and ask for Mr. Lloyd!! Best car buying experience you'll ever have! More

I do not recommend them. I bought a Ram Truck and we agreed on the price and when i signed paperwork the price was different.i didnt notice until afterwards.
