Best service department ever My truck went into limp mode while I was in town for a job interview, Andrae and Amel got my truck in immediately and helped me with a car rental whic My truck went into limp mode while I was in town for a job interview, Andrae and Amel got my truck in immediately and helped me with a car rental which eased my stress with the entire situation, I was told it would just be a diagnostic fee of $169 I believe, but it turned out to be related to a recall that was on the vehicle and they did not charge me the fee or for the rental car, yes it was still a 4 hour drive to go back to pick up my truck but they honestly made the situation as smooth as possible, I’ve used a few different Dodge service departments out here in California and none of them have been that fast and knowledgeable in repairing my truck, and customer service is second to none at Towbin, I will definitely be making that drive for any of my future service work (yes it’s worth it) and maybe my new truck will be purchased there as well. Thanks Amel and Andrae for everything, keep it up!!! More

River Yes they forgot to install the GPS unit on my 2019 Ram 1500 until 10 days later when I tried to activate the Evts oops the Esn# and plan code were mis Yes they forgot to install the GPS unit on my 2019 Ram 1500 until 10 days later when I tried to activate the Evts oops the Esn# and plan code were missing so I called the financial manager who should give me the package but I didn’t get any response so I called the sales person and I didn’t got the call back either at this moment I didn’t know what to do anymore.Because I already paid for it so I decided to call their customer care department to try my luck on the answering machine.And few hours later Chris Douglas called me back and told me what happened to the GPS on my truck.After that we had appointment set up on incoming Monday.After the Evts installation completed I want to say thank you Greg( service Forman) did the wonderful job thanks again. More
