My service advisor Josh was a pleasure to work with and had a common sense grasp of the situation. However, his manager Greg apparently doesn't let his advisors use common sense and Greg has no comprehension of quality customer satisfaction. If it's realistic the issue occurred while you, the dealership, had the vehicle then it's realistic you, the dealership, should cover the additional repair costs. More

Off the bat, we had this stigma that he just wants our money and will do whatever to sell us any car that day. Well we were totally surprised about our whole experience. Lloyd was not pushy, aggressive nor unpleasant...he was the opposite. He was VERY patient, respectful and most of all understanding of what our daughter wanted and what she was dealing with as far as budget. He made it very clear regarding the inventory of cars our daughter could look at. Most would say you don't get the first car you see at the first dealership but in this case we had Lloyd and that made all the difference.
