DJ is the man to see! I had a great experience with DJ. My wife brought the car in for a recall. DJ approached her asking if we wanted to get into something new. Out of town purchase was amazing I was in the market for a Dodge Charger. Locally where I live I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. I had been searching online all over t I was in the market for a Dodge Charger. Locally where I live I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. I had been searching online all over the west coast. I came across a Dodge Charger from another car search site ( I can't remember which one) and traced it back to Towbin Dodge. While I was looking at other inventory on Towbin's website late at night I came across a RT Plus. I sent an email to the sales contact Lloyd Hicks who responded back the following morning. Lloyd quickly answered all my questions and sent me all the info I requested in an exchange of emails. He was also quick to respond back to texts and was extremely patient. I told him I was interested in the car and that I wanted to fly into Las Vegas to see it. However, the only ticket I could get was in 2 days. Lloyd helped me fill out some paperwork to put a hold on the car until I could get there. The following day I needed to get some more info from him in order to secure the loan from my bank before I traveled down. Unfortunately Lloyd had the day off. However, he volunteered to go into work and put together the necessary paperwork. Fortunately I was able to work with my bank and figure out another strategy to get the money on the day of the purchase. Upon arrival I went to the wrong dealership which was on the other side of town. Lloyd quickly jumped in the car I was going to purchase and came to pick me up. I fell in love with the car as soon as I saw it in person. Lloyd and the rest of the team were extremely helpful and listened to my concerns and worked with me. The finance manager was also great. She explained all the different options and didn't make me feel pressured to do anything. I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend this group to anyone. Even though this was my first experience buying out of town and state, they made it very easy. More
