Successful purchase did all they could to make me happy I responded via text to an ad I saw on the internet for a Ram 1500. After discussion with Delorean Rogers he sent me the truck sticker showing that it was a Express Quad Cab 4x2. He explained that the amount due at closing and I setup an appointment for the following day to test drive and hopefully purchase. 10 minutes before I was going to leave, I received a call saying that they had added a "leather package" to the truck I was looking at and it was now over 2x the monthly payment amount. Later I received a call from a sales manager Bob Lee who explained what happened was that the the sales person made an error by giving me the information and price and the truck was the last 2017 on the lot that they were using as a promotional vehicle. However, he and Cesar made it right by selling the vehicle to me for a little bit more than originally quoted, but the vehicle now had leather, bed liner and hitch kit which seemed like a good value. After I came in they did everything they could to make my purchase as quick and smooth as possible. They even drove the vehicle to my house so I could drive home the vehicle I came to the dealership with. The next day Cesar made a follow up call to insure all was right which I also thought was a nice touch. More
