Recall experience NOT Good We had a recall on airbag for our Winnebago View motor home. My husband called Towbin to schedule it to be checked. He told the lady we have a motorho We had a recall on airbag for our Winnebago View motor home. My husband called Towbin to schedule it to be checked. He told the lady we have a motorhome. She scheduled him and said they would have to check the part to see if defective then order if needed. When we went in at 8 am their service bay is only 10 feet high so they could not even work on it. Furthermore, according to service mgr they order part.... they do not check to be sure it is defective. They NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER. Won't be back!! More
