My service advisor Cheyenne, took extra car in meeting my needs. I was overwhelmed with the level over service I received, exceeding my highest expectations. Found my dream car, and was told it would have Apple and Android connections. But after 5 days and no way to connect I turned to the Internet, it was a lot of maybes. Call dealership and was told to come in Android connections. But after 5 days and no way to connect I turned to the Internet, it was a lot of maybes. Call dealership and was told to come in, but once there was told there was no way to connect. This was VERY important to me, and I was TOLD it could. Now it's too late and I was told to buy an aftermarket unit myself, which ranges from $800 to $1800. This is poor customer service. More

BEWARE I brought my 2016 500c in for service and they broke the armrest. After 5 months of them telling me the part was on national backorder, I have been told the part has been discontinued. Now I have broke the armrest. After 5 months of them telling me the part was on national backorder, I have been told the part has been discontinued. Now I have to drive around in a car with a large metal bar sticking out of the seat. There are 100's of thousands of FIAT 500's on the road today but nobody can get an armrest when they break. This is my third and LAST FIAT. More
Recently bought a car from them. Came in because of the internet price. At dealer was marked up $1485.00 more and they said they would honor the internet price. Went over the paper work unfortunately I missed the price on the sheet because exited and trying to get home. Finally received financial letter and the price is not adding up look over the paper work to see they did not honor the price they said. Was a few other things that I did not have a good experience with them. All said and done please save yourself the trouble with them. More

I bought online and out of state but the dealer didn’t communicate with me on necessary paperwork and told me they sent title to my DMV even though title department had not done so. Finally admitting they communicate with me on necessary paperwork and told me they sent title to my DMV even though title department had not done so. Finally admitting they hadn’t sent it they then informed me they needed forms from me; which I completed and sent to them . My temporary permit expired as a result and I’ve made 3 trips to my DMV but dealer still hasn’t sent forms needed for CA registration. This dealer does not communicate with seller and gives wrong information when I follow up with them. My purchasing experience with them has been terrible!! More
