I hadnt owned a car in over 9 years and was so excited to go shopping for one,I fell in love with the Fiats, noticed one for sale in my favorite color and in low miles. When I went to check it out,I had a bad feeling and decided to wait until later that day. When I went back to this other dealer the car sold, I wanted to purchase that day.... decided to check out Towbin Fiat.. so happy I did. later that day I purchased an even better one then what I looked at, at a great deal and walked away feeling like I was apart of the Fiat family. the staff was the absolute best, helped with my little girl and was very honest with. I highly recommend Towbin Fiat! More

Kyra approached me in the service waiting room and asked if I would be interested in an upgrade and Jerrell (spelling) the manager joined the conversation and said he would make sure I got the best deal. I usually do my research before buying a new car, but didn't have the chance to before this happened. They managed to get me a much lower interest rate on a new loan, even though I owed more than it was worth. I was very excited until I got home and realized that I had purchased the base model that did not have all the options of the floor model. I was disappointed about a couple of these things when I got home, and I knew that was on me for not being more thorough in reviewing everything. But Jerrell took care of a couple of things to make sure I was satisfied and I love the car! More room, comfort and pick up!! Kyra and Jerrell were very nice and did their best to make it a pleasant experience. More

The best customer service Ive ever had. I shopped around for a couple of different cars (thinking I could not afford FIAT) Once I found a decent used car in the inventory I went to go secure I shopped around for a couple of different cars (thinking I could not afford FIAT) Once I found a decent used car in the inventory I went to go secure it. Sadly, I was not approved. Sica and Michael did everything they could for me. They tought me a few tips and tricks, and I walked away with a brand new FIAT 500 that I could afford! Trust me I am a nervous wreck when I make a huge decision like this, But these two put me completely at ease. Because it IS about the service here, Not the sale. And that is Truly Priceless. More

They are a great dealership to deal with they could not do enough for me. Best Experience at a Dealership I hate usually anything associated with cars other than the driving experience, so when my lease was up on my fiat I was dreading it. I even talked my mom in to coming with me to ease the pain of going. But when I arrived at Towbin I felt very welcome. I was lucky enough to receive Robert Nichols as a salesman. He was sweet, honest, and EXTREMELY patient. He even took us for frozen yogurt while I was trying to make a decision. I felt like he was only there to help me not for the commission, I got everything I asked for and he worked with me on everything. Honestly I'd follow that salesman wherever he went if he started working for Ford I'd make that my next car. But I love my new Fiat!! More
