I met with Johann in early October to look at Niro's and informed him I would be back to purchase at a later date. He got me the vehicle I wanted at the rate I wanted without giving me any runaround that sales people usually use. His patience, kindness, and professional attitude is what got him the sale and my mother (who assisted me as well) will be returning to him to purchase a vehicle in the near future.
