There is no reason that labor should costs more than the parts of my car. Very poor business ethics. I paid it of course but because of this will not be a returning customer. Parts were $500 and labor was $500, how does that make sense? I just started a business and I made $70,000 in 4 months it’s an online business selling DLC content in a video game. I understand the value or hard work and time and yes I factor that into my pricing for my items online and I do charge a percentage to the customer for the value of my time but NOT 50/50 on service and items. There’s a reason why I made $70,000 in 4 months that’s because the true value and profits is in returning customers. Business ethics. I wasn’t upset the fact that I paid $1,000 I have it so it was no big deal but it turned me off from ever returning. More
