This was by far the best experience ever. Joe was super helpful and knowledgeable. My engine needed to be replaced and I didn't have to pay a dime of it! Gotta love that lifetime warranty! The service department couldn’t locate the problem so the didn’t actually do anything. Predictably the problem is still there.
