I went to Towbin Kia because I was unhappy with the customer service at Jim Marsh Kia. The people at Towbin Kia were very friendly and jumped right on my air conditioning problem. They also took care o customer service at Jim Marsh Kia. The people at Towbin Kia were very friendly and jumped right on my air conditioning problem. They also took care of a factory recall that Jim Marsh said would take a whole day and night in less than two hours. I must travel farther to go to Towbin Kia but it is well worth the extra distance. From now on Towbin Kia will be where I service my Kia Optima and where I will probably buy a new vehicle when that time comes. More

I can not express just how wonderful the whole dealership is but Joe in service is the best! He picked up my car at my job and completed all the things I asked plus found things I didn't know were wrong. The is but Joe in service is the best!
