Recent Service Joe DeFalco has been my service guy for almost the entire time I have had my Kia Rio (6 years). He is absolutely the best service guy I have ever wor Joe DeFalco has been my service guy for almost the entire time I have had my Kia Rio (6 years). He is absolutely the best service guy I have ever worked with in the 37 years that I have bought new vehicles and gone to dealerships for service. I pulled in literally at 5:00, after calling him to tell him I was on my way with a dead battery that was just jumped to start the car. They were closing up but Joe got my car entered into the system and taken to the back to be worked on the next day. By 8:30 a.m. the next day, Joe called and my car was done. It also needed a 50K service and a brake light replaced. Fantastic work! (FYI the only other time my service was better was back in the 80's when the owner of the dealership was a client of the Attorney/CPA I worked for and he personally spoke to the service guys to make sure my car was always taken care of!) I had a 9:30 appointment for the 3000 mile check up. I needed to be at another appointment at 1pm. They told me it would be at least 2 1/2 to 3 hours til it would be done.
