When I arrived there 3 kia personal at front desk 2 were on the phone the one free didn't say nothing to me so I stranded by the one attended me last time while I was waiting the other kia personal got off on the phone the one free didn't say nothing to me so I stranded by the one attended me last time while I was waiting the other kia personal got off the phone and didn't still not saying anything to me so I kept waiting for the always treat me like a champ, I waited for him get off the phone and suddenly I woman walked by and curiously the 2 kia personal said hello to her even when they knew I was there waiting without i didn't get still any attention from them so finally the 3 one the kia personal got off the phone checked in for me for oil change so finally, I waited 2 hours to get my car back done everybody was left (they were attended first than me )even the woman got there after me for the same service oil change.... another thing I notice was the theres alot of kia personals walk by the waiting room to check on TV shows or for get water or talk with the cashier but one thing I didn't like was I was kn my phone and one of kia personal came from my back and touched me and saying hey u know this guys on TV and blah blah blah.... I didn't even know this guys,I was busy on my phone. The only] good experience there was the guy did my paperwork and the cashier girl they have pretty good skills how treat well to customers, the rest 👎 even the mechanic did my oil change ,it took him so long than even the woman arrived after me got her job done and go home first than me Why customer has to waited so long? I thought I did an appointment Probably kia is making to much appointment for they can handle inside their shop....and this was going on always More

My maintenance experiance at towbin kia Greeted promptly upon arrival and reviewed what service my vehicle needed.. Work was done quickly and vehicle washed after maintenance was complete.
