Everything was fine till my wife got half Way home and the radio and blue tooth went out. It totally shut off while driving. Everything else ran fine. When I called the dealership they told me it was noth the radio and blue tooth went out. It totally shut off while driving. Everything else ran fine. When I called the dealership they told me it was nothing they did. Which was fine but they didn’t offer to have her come back and look at the vehicle. I ask if they could get it back in and was told Friday is the soonest they could take care of it. That will not work this is bad customer service. Not happy with my experience. Very hesitant about being my vehicle back. More

2 hour oil change Ed and Joe really take care of business at the service department. Social distancing was in place, with masks and gloves. Good job. The service manager Ed was very nice. Unfortunately that was the only good part of my visit. I came in to get a new tire for my 2020 Kia Stinger GT. I noticed on the drive over that all my tires had way too was the only good part of my visit. I came in to get a new tire for my 2020 Kia Stinger GT. I noticed on the drive over that all my tires had way too much air in them. Which this isn’t TOWBIN’s fault because I didn’t purchase my car from their dealership. But I asked the service manager for them to please check all the tires pressure and correct as needed. He assured me this would be done. After they changed my tire and “checked all my tires pressure” they “washed” my car and brought it out to me. While driving home I checked my psi on my tires through the system I n my car. All my tires were all still high and not checked. So I turned around and brought the car back. They then fixed my tires pressure which I am grateful for but the car wash was horrible!!!!! They left water spots all over the car and smear marks all over my windshield. I brought the car in looking nice and after their “car wash” I left the dealership with my car dirtier than when I brought it in. More
