Joe Defalco has welcomed me with warmth and professionalism--similar to the type of graciousness that you would find at the Ritz Carlton resorts. He makes you feel valued and respected. The technicians do a first-rate job on my oil changes, tire purchases, and brakes. I never have to worry about my car breaking down, which is especially reassuring on a long trip back to Northern California. I would never think about taking my car somewhere else for work. I even brought an expired coupon for an oil change to Joe, and he honored it. Where else would you find this kind of amazing service?! More
