Service department lied multiple times. Initially they tried to “touch up” the paint rather than repair the vehicle like the due bill stated. I dropped my car off and it sat there for 2 weeks. I was told it went to the body shop when in fact it was still on the property. I was able to track it with the intouch app. Joe was dishonest each time I called stating that the vehicle was at the body shop at would be done with in a couple days. I inquired about which shop it was at and made a call over to that shop for an update (because I was told it was there, but the app was telling me different) Nothing got done until I showed up (from Utah) and made Joe walk to the back and prove the car wasn’t on the property. But guess what?! The car was still there, like the app showed. Disappointed in the dishonesty. More
