tires are frustrating Disappointed that my tire picked up a huge nail from all the construction going on in the Henderson area....but then I was advised that due to the Disappointed that my tire picked up a huge nail from all the construction going on in the Henderson area....but then I was advised that due to the placement of the nail, it was not covered by tire warranty or considered a road hazard.....these tires on my new 2020 Sorrento only had 2600 miles on them. Also found out that when my NEW car was delivered to me upon sale, the tire pressure was not readjusted to the correct setting of 36lbs , but set at 44lbs, I've been driving on that air pressure for 3 months. If I didn't TOTALLY TRUST Ed Rocowich I would have been angry versus disappointed. Ed/Joe in the service department are the main reason I to returned to this dealership for purchasing my 2020 Sorrento. More
