Came in for service with Joe who gave me a clear awareness of the issues I had going on with my car and discussed the best option for me. I ended up working with Kendale in sales. He told me to pick a model and color, went on a test drive and found the perfect car in less than 10 minutes, he made it so effortless! I wasn’t sure I would qualify but with the amazing help of the general sales manager Tee, we were able to work something out! Carlos in finance gave me a breakdown on all of my paperwork and made it easier to understand because it was confusing for a first time car buy such as myself. Which Dez, the customer service manager went over the features of the car with me. Going from a car with crank down windows to a car with what seems like a million features, I needed all the help I could get to understand it all and Dez did a remarkable job of making sure I was comprehending what each button does. I enjoyed being able to make jokes about my music choices when setting up my apple car play and her being able to joke along with me but also remain professional at the same time. Everyone I had worked with made it so painless and such a wonderful experience, each one of them were truly extraordinary in their fields, which is a reflection of how phenomenal of a GSM Tee is.
