Buying the car that I wanted for the price I wanted was very easy. Warren was just a very good guy who actually listened to me and we were able to buy the new KIA Soul in less than two hours. I was visiting from out of state and my car broke down driving back to San Diego. I was able to get my car towed to Towbin Kia and what could have been a really stressful situation wasn’t because your em driving back to San Diego. He kept telling me don’t worry I got you. He made sure my car was fixed as fast as it could be and got my daughter and I back on the road home as quickly as possible. I really appreciate how kind he was during a really stressful time. More
I had a 7:30 apt. It took 1 and half hours. We were told that by purchasing the service plan we would get a wash and vacuum and apparently that was a lie because they would not vacuum the car. They also were too lazy to put the cover back on the electronic panel. I have gotten better service from other places and regret buying the coverage. More
I hate to say it but I felt like I was at a dealership. Everyone I dealt with was nice, but my experience reflected that of a typical shark situation. We talked about the sticker price and features and by time it was all said and done and contracts were being drawn up it was a nightmare. I had agreed to a price. Financing was being discussed.. and I felt like I was being manipulated. My loan went from 3k down and 14k Loan... to, we need to up your loan to 20k to finance at 3.99%... otherwise we have to finance at 6.75%.... I have a 750 credit rating... there is no reason for me to have a high finance rate. So they were trying to get me to get the warranty extended to a full wrap which was outside of my budget.. I had a trade in worth 11,500 and they wanted a 20k loan on top of that so now (ultimately) I’m looking at a 31,500 for Kia Forte... sorry.. but no way even a brand new Kia Forte is worth that price. I understand that includes all the warranties and it seemed like they were trying to finance me for the better apr but still. No one offered me to accept or decline gap insurance or some of the other non-essential coverages. I felt manipulated. On the verge of tears and in the midst of a panic attack going from One expectation to the next, I asked for my keys back and Told them to throw away the contract. At which point I was offered 11,884 in loan with 3k down and 5.24 apr. why was it pulling teeth to get the rate and price I was looking for, if it was available this whole time? I feel completely manipulated. Not the most favorable of experiences. More

Excellent friendly service. Ed Rocawich fit me in, very helpful because I don’t live close. Important thing for me is he listened to my (the customer!) requests and carried them out efficiently.
