Disappointed in the service we received During our recent visit to the Towbin's Kia dealership to have the oil changed in our Kia Soul, we were disappointed in the technician that serviced o During our recent visit to the Towbin's Kia dealership to have the oil changed in our Kia Soul, we were disappointed in the technician that serviced our vehicle. It was recommended that we have the coolant flushed ($149.95) even though the dealership performed the service just 4-months ago. They also recommended that we have the serpentine belt replaced ($200.96). This was also replaced just last year (not at this dealership). While we have always had good service in the past, I suspect that the technicians are being encouraged to recommend additional work at considerable expense regardless if the vehicle requires it or not.
