I went for oil change. Everything went smooth and quick except the car wash. They left my car with traces from the towel. It was all white and I needed to go and wash it myself again after.Not big deal,but except the car wash. They left my car with traces from the towel. I couldn’t ask for a better dealership experience! I was shopping for a used car for my Father and did not want to deal with the usual high pressure sales transaction. We ended up checking out a vehicle shopping for a used car for my Father and did not want to deal with the usual high pressure sales transaction. We ended up checking out a vehicle at the front of the KIA lot when we were greeted by a salesman named Alex Quintero. I immediately expected him to pressure us into a sale. He did not pressure us at all. He was very helpful in finding us exactly what we were looking for, but the vehicle was more than we wanted to spend. We told him what we would be willing to spend out the door. We told him we wanted to check other dealers before making any decision on a vehicle. He told us he would do his best to get the vehicle we wanted for the amount we offered and contact us in an hour. He did exactly that! We got the vehicle later that day and it was a very enjoyable experience. I would recommend him to anyone. More
