This is a super long review but definitely READ IT. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. Here is a copy of the certified letter they received from me 8.1.19 and still has done nothing to rectify the situation! Enjoy your lawsuit and BBB complaint! General Managers, I am writing to inform you at how appalled I am at the recent treatment I have received from your dealership. I bought a 2019 Kia Soul from Bobby on 4.1.19. I informed him if the deal for the Soul went through, I would be voluntarily surrendering my Kia Rio to Towbin Kia. Bobby agreed to have me surrender the Rio to Towbin Kia pending completion of the deal, and once done he would arrange for Kia Motor Finance to pick up the vehicle. On 7.22.19, I received a note on my door from USPS informing me of a letter from “The Tow Truck Company” that needed to be signed for. I called the next day and talked to Megan at The Tow Truck Company. She informed me that they have my Rio at the impound and because I was the registered owner, I would be responsible for towing and impound fees. I informed her I surrendered the vehicle to Towbin Kia under the pretenses they would call Kia Motor Finance and have them retrieve the vehicle. I asked where and when the Rio was picked up from. She informed me Towbin Kia in late June of 2019. I called the dealership and asked for Bobby. It was his day off and they connected me to his cell phone. I explained the situation to him, and he said he was off but would have to talk to his manager and call me the next day. He did not. Then on 7.23.19 I called Towbin in the morning and talked to manager “Mike.” I again had to explain the situation and told him as of that day the cost was $1307 and counting. I also informed him I was not paying this cost. I surrendered the vehicle and did not give permission for Towbin to tow this vehicle, nor was I ever contacted to come get the Rio. Mike tells me he’s going to call me back after he spoke with Bobby and doesn’t. I had to call Towbin AGAIN the morning of 7.24.19. I’m told manager Mike was out on a slip and fall. I ask to speak with another manager. “T” or “TR” answered the call. I again had to explain the situation. He said he would talk to Bobby regarding this matter and call me back. And again, he didn’t either. I called later that evening and spoke with Bobby. Bobby informed me all the managers had left for the day for a meeting. I informed him at this point I was furious getting shuffled around from manager to manager with no one resolving the issue. I also informed him I was not paying this towing/impound fee. Bobby tried to claim I told him not to do anything until the deal went through. I replied obviously the deal went through as I took the Kia Soul and I instructed him numerous times prior to that to call Kia Motor Finance after the deal went through to get the car. He tells me he would get with a manager and call me back the next day. And he didn’t. I called again 7.25.19 in the late afternoon and asked for Bobby. The call went to his cell phone and he informs me he’s in Utah. He asked me if anyone from the dealership called me as they were supposed to. I informed him no, everyone is passing the buck, and no one is taking responsibility for this huge mistake on Towbin’s part. I then inform him I would be speaking to an attorney. He replied if that’s the case I have nothing else to say. I then called Towbin again and asked for “T”/”TR”. I told him he was supposed to call me back, along with everyone else, and no one did. He said he “doesn’t know what to tell me as this was Bobby’s deal.” I told him that was an unacceptable answer. He was his manager, and this is Towbin’s problem to fix. He informs me that he cannot help me. I tell him I’m going to be consulting an attorney (which I have), and I’ll be contacting every media outlet in Vegas. Towbin Kia let the Kia Rio sit on their lot for approximately two months without ever contacting myself nor Kia Motor Finance as instructed. They then called “The Tow Truck Company,” and had it towed and impounded. As of today, the charges are $1536.68 and compounding by the day. I am informing you that I am giving you seven days from the date of this letter to resolve this matter or I will be suing Towbin Kia for the full cost of towing, impoundment, and any time I have to take from work to deal with this matter. This is inexcusable on your part and I will not be held financially accountable for Towbin Kias mistakes. More
Amazing Sales and Finance Department I went in to the dealer to buy a car for my daughter. We had pre-approval finance already and had the car we wanted to look at. Carlos Parker in Sales showed us the car made the deal, Joe in Finance prepared our paperwork and we were in and out of their in less than two hours. This is second car I have purchased from Towbin Kia. Thank you to Carlos and Joe for making this another wonderful experience More
Electrical Issue I came in because my brake lights weren't working and as you know especially in Las Vegas that is an accident waiting to happen! I called Ed the servi I came in because my brake lights weren't working and as you know especially in Las Vegas that is an accident waiting to happen! I called Ed the service advisor and he said can you drop it off. When i went in he said wait while the car is diagnosed. In about an hour I was told that it was a short in the brake relay switch and it had been repaired!! Hats off to Ed and the technicians for finding the issue and solving the problem! I will definitely be back when I need service!! More

Always happy to help I went to the dealership because my key was not functioning correctly and low and behold when I got there the service writer made it work just like it I went to the dealership because my key was not functioning correctly and low and behold when I got there the service writer made it work just like it was supposed to. I felt like a goofball but they just sent me on my way. I love this place. Very nice, thorough and fast. I want my Kia taken care of by the people who know Kia. They can spot a potential problem and correct it if there is one before it gets to be a large problem. THEY ARE THE BEST. More
