Purchased a 2015 Mazda 6 Grand Touring Model My sales person was Dave Smith. From the initial phone conversation to close of the deal, Dave was a pleasure to work with. There were no pressure sales tactics used by Dave, plus he was very patient with my 9 year old grandson who was getting very impatient.. as 9 year old boys do. However, at the end of the deal there were a couple of misunderstandings regarding the purchase. But, Courtesy Imports, unlike other dealerships may have been after the purchase was complete, continued to ensure that I was 110 percent happy with my purchase. I have to credit this to the extremely courteous and very considerate General Sales Manager, Kem Lester. Kem took the time to very patiently hear my concerns, explain any misconceptions I may have had, and even went overboard to ensure that I was completely satisfied and leaving as a happy customer of Courtesy Imports. I will return to this dealership when I am in the market for another car because of the care they exhibited with not only selling a vehicle, but keeping a customer for life. For anyone who hates buying cars from dealerships, Courtesy Imports is a refreshing change. Thanks to Dave and Kem for making my experience a good one. More

They are wonderful cars and Courtesy is a wonderful dealership. Our salesman Robert was fantastic. After shopping at many other lots and facing numerous rude salesman and dishonest dealership, it was refreshing to shop at a dealership were e lot!! From our Salesman Steve, to our wonderful finance guru Ralph, to the wonderful Car Porter ( who went the extra mile to make my car all shinny and pretty before we left) to even the General Manager Kem we felt comfortable and at ease. NO pressures, no hidden agends!! They ALL were Honest, Respectful, and straight shooters!! Easiest car buying experience I have ever had and promise me I don't like salesman, don't have time or energy for their games or stories. This dealership Knocked it Out of the Park!! I hate dealing with car dealerships just as much as the next person... I have bought 14 cars in my life and before I came here i spent 5 hours at Towbin Dodge with them pushing me into a car I DIDNT WANT! next person... I declined the deal at Towbin Dodge and i went down the street to Courtesy Imports... and for the FIRST TIME in my life i felt like i got a really great deal! My salesman Dave Smith and sales Manager Kem Lester were nothing but nice, respectful, and understanding of my situation. They got me into a great car that I love and that was super affordable!! I was in a really bad spot with my other car that I could not afford anymore and had been contemplating a voluntary repo. Man am I glad I came here! They got me into a great situation to save money which will allow me to get back on track financially. I can not stress enough how great the customer service was here, and the over all atmosphere was great! Great cars, great service, and great deals... makes me a happy customer. My car broke down in the middle of the dessert in the state line between CA and NV. My car arrived at their shop on Saturday near closing time, the service I got from the employees was very friendly and they kept me updated on what was going on with my car. The car needed a NEW TRANSMISSION. They gave me a LOANER VEHICLE for the time that my car was in the shop. They got the transmission in on Tuesday morning and on Tuesday afternoon my car was properly fixed. I totally recommend this dealer to anybody that wants to get exceptional service. They fixed my car properly and fast so that I could come back home to Minnesota in time to not miss the report date on my military orders. THANK YOU COURTESY IMPORTS!!! More
