After shopping at many other lots and facing numerous rude salesman and dishonest dealership, it was refreshing to shop at a dealership were e lot!! There is a REASON there name is Courtesy!!! From our Salesman Steve, to our wonderful finance guru Ralph, to the wonderful Car Porter ( who went the extra mile to make my car all shinny and pretty before we left) to even the General Manager Kem we felt comfortable and at ease. NO pressures, no hidden agends!! They ALL were Honest, Respectful, and straight shooters!! Easiest car buying experience I have ever had and promise me I don't like salesman, don't have time or energy for their games or stories. This dealership Knocked it Out of the Park!! I never in a million years would think I would be writing such a Sparkling review esp for a car dealership!!! Take my advice...save your time going to other dealerships...cuz not only did they treat us like Royalty....they gave me Smoking deal on a brand new car....no lease ....all mine :) Thank you to one Amazing Dealership...you have a great 'Team" of employees over there that make people like us Smile !!! I hate dealing with car dealerships just as much as the next person... I have bought 14 cars in my life and before I came here i spent 5 hours at Towbin Dodge with them pushing me into a car I DIDNT WANT! next person... I declined the deal at Towbin Dodge and i went down the street to Courtesy Imports... and for the FIRST TIME in my life i felt like i got a really great deal! My salesman Dave Smith and sales Manager Kem Lester were nothing but nice, respectful, and understanding of my situation. They got me into a great car that I love and that was super affordable!! I was in a really bad spot with my other car that I could not afford anymore and had been contemplating a voluntary repo. Man am I glad I came here! They got me into a great situation to save money which will allow me to get back on track financially. I can not stress enough how great the customer service was here, and the over all atmosphere was great! Great cars, great service, and great deals... makes me a happy customer. I WILL DEFINITELY BUY MY NEXT VEHICLE AT COURTESY IMPORTS! More

My car broke down in the middle of the dessert in the state line between CA and NV. My car arrived at their shop on Saturday near closing time, the service I got from the employees was very friendly and they kept me updated on what was going on with my car. The car needed a NEW TRANSMISSION. They gave me a LOANER VEHICLE for the time that my car was in the shop. They got the transmission in on Tuesday morning and on Tuesday afternoon my car was properly fixed. I totally recommend this dealer to anybody that wants to get exceptional service. They fixed my car properly and fast so that I could come back home to Minnesota in time to not miss the report date on my military orders. THANK YOU COURTESY IMPORTS!!! More

My recommendation is to NOT buy from this dealership. I purchased a 2012 Kia Soul from Courtesy in May. The salesperson steered me towards a model that he said was "$19,000 and change." I signed a contract with what I thought was a purchase price of $19,995.00. Some parts of the contract were blank, and when I questioned this, the financial officer inferred this was normal in Nevada. Being new to Nevada, I was an idiot and signed it. Later that evening when I went to file the paperwork they gave me, I found that the contract was missing from the envelope. I tried numerous times to get a copy of the contract between May and June. Each time, I was promised that it would be mailed. Once, I went to the dealership to try to get it, and I was told Finance was closed (I don't believe it was looking at the posted hours on their webpage). Finally, I called Kia Financing and asked them for a copy of the contract since the dealership wouldn't give it to me. Kia sent me a copy immediately (really,, not so hard to do). When I looked at the contract, the purchase amount showed $22.995.00 which is $3000.00 higher than I expected to pay and is $3000.00 than the web fair price for the model and options I chose. I accused the the dealership of fraud, but they repeatedly told me that I signed the contract at that price. I don't believe that I did. When I asked why would I purchase a car for $3000.00 more than I was willing to pay, they explained that they can charge as much as they want to for a car (or $3000.00 higher than the sticker price). Bottom line is that I bought a car for much more than the Blue Book price and while this dealership claims they did not intend to mislead or defraud, if it looks, walks and quacks like a duck, it may just be a duck. 1. I should not have been asked to sign an incomplete contract; 2. I should have left the dealership with a signed copy of the contract (should have been in the envelope they gave me); 3. the contract should have been given to me immediately thereafter when I requested it. I always enjoyed taking my prior car to Courtesy's service department and felt I received great service and fair treatment there. However, I can no longer set foot inside any part of this dealership after my experience with the sales department. If you have had a bad experience with sales and feel that you have been wronged, please contact the Las Vegas BBB and if you feel that the sales department has violated ethical or legal codes, you can file a complaint with DMV Compliance Enforcement. I had been looking for a Ford Edge in Orange for a while. I live in Utah and the vehicle I wanted was posted on the KSL website showing "Salt Lake City" as the location. I contacted the dealership and talked to "Chris" the Internet sales rep. I asked him what he could get me -out the door- so I could get my OWN financing. He gave me a price with a trade in and without a trade in. (Which was a 500$ difference- the trade in was a 2008 Mazda 3 2.3L with 67000 miles) I told him no thanks on the trade in and I was just going to sell the vehicle on my own before considering his Ford Edge. I got my vehicle sold a week later and talked to my bank about financing. I called Chris back and told him I would pay 900$ less out the door then what he was asking me to pay. He said no and they would just take it to auction in two days. So, two days later he called and asked me what I wanted to do. I said.. I thought you were taking it to auction. He said if I can get what you offered today then we won't take it. At that point I had to hurry and get to the bank to send them a check. At that time Chris told me they needed money to ship the vehicle. $455 to ship from Henderson to my house even though HE listed the vehicle as being here in Utah.. I still had to pay for shipping. So I got the Ford Edge and was very pleased with my vehicle. I purchased the Ford on the 22nd and did not get it until the 29th. That is 7 days when I was told it would be shipped out the day I sent my check. Right away I noticed that there was not floor mats. (As you know they are not very cheap) I contacted the dealership to see if they forgot to put them in there because they were in the pictures of the vehicle online. He proceeded to tell me they did not have the mats or an extra key to the vehicle. They did not seem willing to help at all and did not care. Like I said, I am happy with my purchase and it is what I expected. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. I wished I would have looked online at the reviews before purchasing my vehicle. I will not return or recommend this company to anyone based on their professionalism! More

I went to this dealership and they provided me with a quote that was too high. I live more then 30 minutes away and decided to give them another shot, by calling back the next day. When i arrived, he simply looked at me and told me that he can't do any better then the deal he provided me. I had packed up my family and drove 30+ minutes for a lie. This was such a classless move on this guy's part and I would highly recommend not doing business at this dealership. More

I have been looking for a Kia Soul or Mazda3 and couldnt decide which I liked better. Went back 3-4 times to look, drive, just sit in it. I had all the information in my pocket ready to go into battle, but didnt need to. The other reviews made me nervous, but it was closer to my house and had a better selection than the west-side dealer, who never returned my email request. I think attitude has alot to do with how you are treated in a dealership and they seemed to get it right, as I told them, no games, no time for games, let's just agree on a deal that works for me.;-) More

i purchased a used 2004 VW R32 from Courtesy Imports on 6/18/09. Worst mistake EVER. Get READY FOR THIS ONE!!!... one month after the car started to shake and rattle. So i took it in they kept it for a week and said they could not diagnois the problem so they had it takin to VW. After two days there they said that they had found the problem and they gave me the part list totaling up to $2069.41 being i bought the extended warranty they cover a big portion of that.... Come to find out that three of the six bolts holding the flywheel on had come loose....not sure how i only put three hundred miles or less on the car i did that but Courtesy refused to pay for it.... GM, Frank and Service manager Benny and Randy where all shady and rude all gave me the run around.....SECOND i took it in today after only putting 6000 miles on the car in not even a year the tires are wearing uneven and completly bold....Yet again was told "im s**t outta luck" Qoute....and that courtesy is and will not pay for anything. Randy service manager said that they are not responsable for anything......NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM COURTESY IMPORTS. Arrived to test drive a 2010 CX9. Was met by a salesman in jeans and sweater and he showed us the interior of the car. When I asked him about the car (as I had test driven 3 other brands previously) and w in jeans and sweater and he showed us the interior of the car. When I asked him about the car (as I had test driven 3 other brands previously) and wanted to know what made Mazda a better choice, he replied "Zoom..Zoom" and that was it! I was appalled. He then excused himself stating he would be right back so I could test drive the car. We waited 20 minutes before going to look for him and found him with other customers. We immediately left and vowed NEVER to purchase a mazda again. (They represent Mazda and if Mazda wants this dealership representing them...then something is wrong). The sad thing is that I owned a Mazda Miata for 9 years and LOVED it. I would have likely purchased one from them if I had been treated respectfully. The whole thing left a bitter taste in my mouth for both this dealership and Mazda in general. More
