PLEASE!!!! Do not buy anything from this dealer. We bought a Suzuki XL7 last year that was a year old with 12,000 miles. The dealer went on and on about how great the warranty is with Suzuki and we ev bought a Suzuki XL7 last year that was a year old with 12,000 miles. The dealer went on and on about how great the warranty is with Suzuki and we even purchased an extended warranty as my fiance wants to keep it for a while. We take the car in today that is under full bumber to bumper warranty for issues with the heat, air conditioning and stereo. Todd the service manager tells us that it will cost us $115 diagnosis fee to even look at the car. I have owned many cars in my life and have never been charged to look at a car. He then goes on to tell us that most of our issues will probably not be covered as they are outside of a 12,000 mile adjustment period...WHAT? So we take our car the xxxx out of there and call Suzuki Motor Corp. They tell us that dealers can charge whatever fees they want because they are privately owned. I ask about the why an air conditioner and heat would not be covered under warranty and they said that it absolutely should be. The go on to tell me that the 12,000 mile ajjustment period pertains to alignmet and the cars headlights. They also tell me that they are going to open up a case against Courtesy and look in to it further and refer me to the other Suzuki dealer in Vegas Jim Marsh. I call Jim Marsh to ask if these things sound like warranty issues and they tell me yes and they should be no cost to us unless something else would be found and fixed that is not covered. So this is how Coutesy treats it's customers by trying to rip them off. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! More
We recently went to Courtesy Mitsubishi to deliver a car which was not running, remember to change your timing belt at 60,000 mi, and potentially needed over $2000 in repairs. We live over 200 miles from t which was not running, remember to change your timing belt at 60,000 mi, and potentially needed over $2000 in repairs. We live over 200 miles from the nearest dealership so we delivered the car on a car trailer. My wife had to do the delivery during the week while I was working. When she arrived they were very nice and treated her with kindness as she was over 5 months pregnant. Todd at the service desk asked her to take the car to the service lot in the back. She pulled the trailer to where the car was to be unloaded and went back to the desk and asked for help to unload and push the car into the spot where they asked her to place the car. Their response was "Oh, we do not do that. Normally folks have them brought in by a tow truck." She asked again and they refused to help her remove the car from the trailer. Thank goodness they said something before she had to push the car back up on the trailer by herself. We were referred to JCJ Auto Repair, on Ali Baba Rd. and received excellent service by competent professionals. More

Have a total of 5 wasted h Have 2 months left on new car warranty, radio does not receive am stations. Returned it twice and it still isn't repaired. Have a total of 5 wasted hours waiting there for the vehicle to be repaired since they no longer offer shuttle service. At this point it appears my phone calls are routed to voice mail and no one returns the messages I leave. Contacted the manufacturer by email and received a machine generated email. At one point after getting the car I emailed the manufacturer, complaining about the dealership. The manufacturer responded by email stating the dealers are independent and that they do what they want, to sell a car. All things considered I would not buy from Courtesy Imports, nor would I buy a Mazda. After every service visit I have not been satisfied. Greasy hand prints all over the car and the back seat folded down on top of personal items and the seat belt not removed. A word to the wise, I was fool to buy from Courtesy Imports don't you make the same mistake. More
Let me just explain this fiasco I just experienced with this dealership. I recently took in my 2006 Lancer for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Waited an hour, and paid 70 bucks for it. The following Monda this dealership. I recently took in my 2006 Lancer for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Waited an hour, and paid 70 bucks for it. The following Monday, I am driving to work (the first time I had the car over 60mph since the service) and I noticed a severe front Vibration, that was never there before. So, when I got home I checked it out. 2 of my tires were on the wrong way, and the weights on my front tire had been completely removed, putting that wheel out of balance with the rest. I called and complained, they of course denied it. Told they could 1) Balance my tires at the additional cost of $70.00, 2) Address the vibration issue, that they caused, funny huh?, or 3) Put my tires back the way there were prior to the rotation, all of which don't help me at all since my weights were gone from the front tire! So now I have to take it into a different place, to get everything fixed that they broke. Luckily they have a good reputation, and many people I know go there. So i'm not worried. But, please, NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP! They will break things on your car just to get you back into the shop and charge you more money! More
Worst experience with car buying I have EVER experienced. I changed my mind re: purchase less than 24 hours later, returned the auto and was told tough, you own it. When I stated I did not because I had no I changed my mind re: purchase less than 24 hours later, returned the auto and was told tough, you own it. When I stated I did not because I had not signed bank loan papers yet and refused to take possession of the auto I recived threating phone calls from the manager Frank for the next week. I hired an attorney and once Courtesy FINALLY let me know what bank had approved my loan, contacted that bank and was told that unless I signed bank loan papers the dealership papers were worthless and I didn't OWN anything. Courtesy held my down payment for over a month as well. I still have not received the final 250 of the down payment 4 months later. More

I am writing about a car I purchased last year. I came into Courtesy Imports for a stupid reason the name seemed trustworthy little did I know this became the rip off of the century. A gentleman I know wh into Courtesy Imports for a stupid reason the name seemed trustworthy little did I know this became the rip off of the century. A gentleman I know who owns a car dealership said in 40 years he has never seen a scam like this. I had been through a terrible divorce that was extremely stressful and can say that I was in very bad shape. It has taken me this long to somewhat recover. As I was going over my finances trying to cut back and see why I cannot make ends meet. My financial advisor from our company asked why my car payment was so high if it was only a 2003. I told him I also put $13,000.00 down on the car. He immediately said get me the papers, he could not believe his eyes. None of my deposit went towards the car not one penny. I was sold three warranties one for $6900.00 which I never received. I received nothing for almost $7000.00 I was told that when the car was there getting detailed they would take care of it. I realize that I signed papers but the stress and the thyroid condition made my reasoning so off I don’t remember even seeing these papers if I did, exactly how they got me to sign who knows. The car was overpriced way overpriced we ran the car and last year it was not even selling for $20,000.00 and they charged me $25,000.00. With the help of a friend who is a writer I have been doing some articles on women and the things they will go through after divorce and my experience with your company will be the learning experience of the year. I work for one of the largest Casino operations here in Nevada and word of mouth is a wonderful tool. I have never been so taken advantage of do you have your salesman do this on a regular basis. To make it worse when my daughter told me to talk to them about being over charged they knew someone must have wised me up and ran with these papers saying we will give you 1600.00 and you shut up. Yes legally but it is a free country and I can tell my story to who ever will listen to me. It did not stop there my credit score was 645 not great but not that bad and they charged me 12% interest and some un Godly 7 years so I will pay like 3 times what the car is worth. I am starting with the paper and MSN just did some wonderful things on customer service. You can not do this to women who come in and place their lives in your hands. There is a great deal of women who have to start over with children. I thank god there are some good people who care about women and children. I really feel like you should amend this nightmare in some way and make a fair trade or take this car and give me my money back. More
Visited this dealer looking for a new CX9. We were greeted appropriately, took a test drive, then decided to see what they would offer in terms of numbers. "Max" pulled up a lot of strange figures, al greeted appropriately, took a test drive, then decided to see what they would offer in terms of numbers. "Max" pulled up a lot of strange figures, all written in felt tip pen, with no breakdown of the costs. I thought that's strange, I could have written these abstract numbers on a piece of paper in 5 minutes and it took him 30. He desperately wanted to impress me with the monthly payment amount- but hey, this isn't my first rodeo. Let's work on the price first and then I'll tell you how I want to purchase. After he let me sit some 90 minutes, my wife made a few calls and realized we could use our Ford A Plan with Mazda. He said I don't know if we'll do that on this vehicle, but give me a PIN and I'll check. I gave him the PIN number, he said ok, let us wait another 90 minutes, then our test drive porter escorted us to the finance office. Quite strange, since he hasn't even quoted me a price or talked about financing. I sit with the finance department- and they show me figures that were absolutely 100% absurd. I got up, made for the door, and the finance guy went and got somebody wearing a tie. The one and only bright spot was the finance guy- "Kem." He was the only honest straightforward human in the place, and I must give kudos where they are due. Anyhow, I told "Mr. Tie" that we were A plan, and if he doesn't want to sell it to us at the A plan price, that's fine, I've been here more than three hours and it's getting late, I'll go home and call around and find somebody who will. I don't need the vehicle now anyway. He said well I can't give you the A Plan price unless you have a PIN number. I said well I gave that to Max over 2 hours ago. Alas, Max had been xxxxxxxxxxxx me and never told anyone I was eligible for A Plan. I got up to walk again, and at this point he refused to take a sale off the board. Magically the price dropped to slightly over invoice (I estimate he still hosed us by about $600, but some of their delay tactics were finally wearing on me), and the interest rate went from 8.95 to 6.59. With the exception of Kem, in my 20 years of purchasing and leasing new cars, I have never been treated with such disrespect. They didn't respect my time and they didn't respect me. Max even tried to tell me he was going to charge me extra for the window tint, since they get all the windows tinted when the vehicles arrive at the lot. After a quick inspection, it was simple to conclude there was no aftermarket tint on the windows. In fact, I walked Max to the window sticker and showed him where "rear side window and lift gate privacy glass" was listed as standard equipment. I absolutely hate it when somebody tries to xx me. God knows how many people they have screwed over the years. Overall impression: With the exception of Kem in finance, this dealership did not respect my time or intelligence, and tried to hose me at every turn. I will not be going back, not even for an oil change, and I would recommend to others that they stay well clear of this place. More
We Leased a Mazda 626 4 years ago and our lease recently was ending. Mazda credit the company whom we acquired the lease from along with another Mazda dealership in town, Magic Mazda who unfortunately went was ending. Mazda credit the company whom we acquired the lease from along with another Mazda dealership in town, Magic Mazda who unfortunately went out of business, offered us a payoff of the lease, which seemed good so we called Mazda credit and asked "Where do we send the check?" One would assume it could be that easy and one would be very wrong when it comes to Mazda credit the say they can't accept any money!!!???? And they sent us to Courtesy Imports. When there we were greeted by a young man who attempted to finance to us the car we were leasing! No we said we are buying it outright, oh ok he says and goes to get his manager who then drafts up a load of numbers from our of no where, no we politely say and hand him the letter Mazda Credit sent us with the buy out amount on it. The manager snickers "Look, lady" he says to my girlfriend, "we need our part" and explains that there is tax and title fee, sure we say and break out a calculator. The manager’s math was off! he tried to up charge us on the tax we then showed him what 7.5 percent would be, hesitantly he agrees and we write the check, sign the paper, even though we were paying more than one thousand dollars more. Drive home and wait for out green slip in the mail. One week later one of the managers calls my girlfriend and mentions that she needs to come down and sign some papers to finish the deal. What, we did that a week ago, could you fax them? She asks and the man is rude, and says I don't know I'll see. the next day the manager call us back he screaming at my girlfriend about how she needs to sign these papers and that she owes them 175.00 more, needless to say we were astonished to hear this, when she asked why he told her that she ripped them off and gave them too little, no we gave you the price agreed, and the manager became much more furious to the point of making my girlfriend cry. These calls continued on out home phone and my girlfriend’s cell phone. The manager Greg said if she won't pay he will send the check back to her and repo the car. Strange because Courtesy cashed the check we gave them the day after we gave it to them. When they found out we knew that they said Fine! We will cut you a check and that they spoke to Mazda credit and have permission to repo the car, which is also strange because we had been calling Mazda credit all that week and Mazda credit, said they haven't heard anything from Courtesy. we called a lawyer and he said we were completely in the right in not paying the money to Courtesy due to the fact we had the finalized receipt, it is very expensive to go to court, neither Mazda Credit or Courtesy imports are willing to do anything ethical to help us, Mazda Credit tells us they have had multiple complaints about Courtesy and still does business with them that has shown me their ethics aren't that great. Mazda is a good brand, but if you need to go to courtesy Imports or finance through Mazda Credit, DON"T DO IT! it will cost you not only money, way more than you need to spend, but stress, and headaches as well, Courtesy Imports is full of vicious greedy sales people stay far away from them.
