Car was towed to dealership after shutting down mid drive on the freeway. After diagnostic, they updated software. When we asked if that would solve the problem, the response was that there’s a 50/50 chance on the freeway. After diagnostic, they updated software. When we asked if that would solve the problem, the response was that there’s a 50/50 chance it happens again. That number seems absolutely unacceptable. We got the car home and a few hours later went to run an errand, the car turned on, got down the street then we got a dashboard full of errors. We turned around and went home to call the dealership to tel them. They said we could drop it off, but they had no loaner cars. Not only no loaner cars, but there was a wait list for the cars. My wife and I both need a car to get to work, so this was unacceptable for us. We are stuck driving the car that may or may not (50/50 chance), break down on us again shortly. More
