I came on time for may scheduled appointment. Joe Defalco promptly took care of the paperwork and told that it may take a day or two. I was told my service would take about 3 1/2 hours and initially they said I could not get a loaner car. When I asked about a shuttle ride they said my home was too far (out of their 10 mile radius) and s initially they said I could not get a loaner car. When I asked about a shuttle ride they said my home was too far (out of their 10 mile radius) and said no, I can't take the shuttle. I only needed a one way ride as I had a ride back to the dealership. They said I should take an UBER!! I realize my expectations may be too high, but I bought a $50,000 Stinger and feel like a one way ride is not too much to ask. I am used to outstanding customer service with my previous Acuras, so perhaps I've been spoiled. I realize now that KIA is not in the same class as ACURA. While I absolutely love my Stinger GT2, I may need to seek a different dealership, or just expect to take an UBER for any future lengthy service. After a heated discussion with the service manager, I did get a loaner car. I realize it is not the service manager fault as he has policy to follow and doesn't run the dealership. I would like to add however, that when it was Henderson Kia I never had any issues. It has only been since they became Towbin Kia, so perhaps that's the problem. More

I absolutely love the service department at Towbin Kia, all of the service advisors are amazing, Ed is always very knowledgeable, professional and a friendly, nice guy, he always does a great job at taking all of the service advisors are amazing, Ed is always very knowledgeable, professional and a friendly, nice guy, he always does a great job at taking care of my car, and the cherry on top is the awesome car wash that the guys always do on my car. My battery on my Kia Sportage died. I called Kia road service and they replaced the battery. I then called Kia customer service to find out about reimbursement for the battery because it's still under wa service and they replaced the battery. I then called Kia customer service to find out about reimbursement for the battery because it's still under warranty. They said I have to give the receipt to the service manager at Kia for reimbursement and he would need to contact Kia personally. They said it was not permissible for me to send in the receipt myself to be reimbursed. I told the service manager about this and he said he never heard of this procedure. He told me to call Kia service again. I did that while my car was being serviced and I finally got them on the phone and tried to have the service manager talk to them. He wouldn't because he said there were people ahead of me. Even though I've been waiting on the phone for an hour to get them on the phone. I left the receipt with the service manager. He said he would get back to me which he didn't do. I had to email him. He told me he would take care of it and I wouldn't hear anything back for a month. I think the service manager's line I mean he's not going to do anything about my reimbursement which I'm entitled to since it's under Kia warranty. More
We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new KIA. We were greeted by Barbara who we had made an appointment with on line.
