Let me start off by saying the service department is great. I never have an issue when I take my car in. They are honest, friendly and get my car completed in a timely manner. Now car buying on the other hand....that’s another story. My husband and I went car shopping and Alex helped us. Initially, he came across as kind at.... until I decided not to purchase the car on the lot because I wanted a different model they didn’t have at the time. I explained I was in no rush and would wait for the model I really wanted. Alex proceeded to tell me the car I wanted was a ‘unicorn’ car. Well the car is out there and at several other dealers so I guess it’s not a unicorn after all. He was so rude it really makes me question if I will ever consider purchasing from the dealership.
