They fixed the problems that other places can't My 2015 Explorer got a new problem: noise coming from under the floor while cruising at 40-50mph. It's annoying but beyond that, it could be something My 2015 Explorer got a new problem: noise coming from under the floor while cruising at 40-50mph. It's annoying but beyond that, it could be something bigger and could be safety concerns. So I brought the car back to TowerFord. Again, Adrian, the service advisor and Luis, the technician handled my case. Adrian first had Luis test drove the car with me and Luis right away realized something big could be wrong. So I left the car with them, for entire two weeks. Two weeks of hard work, folks! Trust me, just be patient and it all worthes the waiting! During these two weeks, Adrian kept me informed of the situation, he and Luis tried the differentials, wheel bearings, knuckles, etc. All in all, the noise is gone and the car runs smooth as silk now! Also, Adrian told me everything is covered by warranty and free of charge. You can't get any better than that! I'm not trying to advocate for them but based on my own personal experience, I really feel this is the place where your car will be truely in good hands. Great job, TowerFord service squad! More

Liars & Sneaks Quoted one price, took a deposit on my credit card. I signed papers and then the price went up. The salesperson never told me the vechile had 3 scratches. I’ll get them repaired at my expense due to the fact that I want absolutely nothing to do with these unscrupulous individuals. More

I bought this car used somewhere else before Christmas last year, and always concerned about its conditions. It was such a good decision coming to TowerFord. Adrian is the man there handled my case. He was very friendly, respectful, and professional. He listened carefully about all my concerns, typing everything down and thankfully, everything was addressed in details at the end. What a big relief! Better yet, two recalls were repaired for free, and Adrian gave me a very good price for all other services. The car runs great now and I finally got that peace of mind driving again. Now because of the outstanding service of Adrian and their excellent technician ( sorry don't know the name yet), TowerFord will earn my business for many years to come! Worst experience!!!! When we get there they tell us there was a misprint and we were mislead. Right away that’s false advertisement. Ok so we have an attitude now but then their manager Matthew Lopez insist on yelling at us and threatening us as if he was to attack most unprofessional dealership I ever been to! More
