Feeling slightly less defensive, since it was my first new car move, I came in and sat with young salesman Dennis Cullen. He was pleasant, professional, and at no time did I feel like I was getting anything but a fair deal. I'll be visiting him soon to upgrade to a taurus. Absolutely Horrible Service I had the worst experience with Tower Ford. I made my appointment about 5 days in advance for a Tuesday morning at 7:30 Am just to check my engine lig I had the worst experience with Tower Ford. I made my appointment about 5 days in advance for a Tuesday morning at 7:30 Am just to check my engine light and regular service. I dropped the car off and the told me they'd give me a call around lunch time. While I thought this was an unreasonably long time for a 7:30 appointment I figured I could deal with it. After not receiving a call around noon I called and they told me that my car was next in line! I asked how much longer it would be, and they told me it would be difficult to tell but that they would call me. I work full time and I've been without a car since 7:30 this morning. I missed an entire's day of work and had to walk down the street and work on my laptop in a local Starbucks. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. It is now 2pm and I still don't have a call about my car. I will never use Tower Ford again or recommend them to anyone that I know. Do yourself a favor and take your time and business elsewehere! More

The level of service we received from Dennis matched what you would expect at luxury auto dealerships which we have been accustomed to in the past. Dennis was attentive and worked with us to find a vehicle that matched our needs and budget. I never participated in these reviews before but felt compelled to inform people of a great salesperson as well as a great dealership. I would never ever set foot in any other Ford Dealerships because I know which one has the best customer service. My wife and I are happy with our 2015 Explorer and will definitely spread the word on what a great experience we had today. More

Very nice experience I have leased three cars through Tower Ford: Focus, CMax, and now an Escape, which I picked up last Friday on 3/13/15. I have also purchased a pre-owned car through Tower Ford prior to all of the leases and also had a Lincoln repaired through the Tower Ford Service Dept. after the pre-owned car. So, that makes five cars that I have had either purchased, leased or repaired through Tower Ford. The last two cars, the CMax and the Escape, I leased through a particular individual at Tower Ford, Dennis Cullen. Dennis has been great to deal with. I had to decide over a couple of appintments with Dennis about turning in my CMax, which I loved, because I was over mileage and beyond my warranty. After I finally decided which vehicle to lease to replace my CMax, the process went very quickly and Dennis made it a lot easier. I would definitely recommend Dennis Cullen and Tower Ford to lease or purchase a car. More

I would have never found Tower cause it was 10 mile out of my search. I was contacted by Jacqueline orr, the online rep. from Tower I told her what I need and wanted in less then day show contacted me with the car I was looking for. It took 1 n 1/2 month dealing with Wantagh Levittown, smith town, Crown, Huntington etc. all these dealer did was try and get me in with low price only to find they didn't have what i wanted. So I went to Tower Ford Meet Charlie Ricottoni, the sales manager I looked at 2 cars they had in my price range but didn't like the colors. Charlie Called me 2 day later told me He had a car price was good color everything. I go there n no heated seats, yeah my wife wanted that, so inside of talking me into the car Charlie agreed is wife is not happy we look further. He looked at new cars that came in. I lease today a 2015 not 14 my color fully load titanium escape for less down less per month. I have to say if u need a reilable, Honest, friendly n down to earth Guy Charles Ricottoni is ur man no lie and is staff is just as good. Jacqueline never gave up with me alway changing my mine. I pu car 2day the whole crew Rick, Lee, Jac and of course Charlie made me feel like family. If u get a ford anywhere else u didn't get the best Price.
