Walked into the dealership to look at different cars before deciding on a model. Dennis was very friendly and not pushy! Couldn't wait to see the all new Fusion. When I saw it I knew I had to have it. I went to the dealership and was immediately greated by Howard who took the time to explain the various trim levels. I fi it I knew I had to have it. I went to the dealership and was immediately greated by Howard who took the time to explain the various trim levels. I finally found the trim level I was interested in and Howard made the rest of the process so easy I purchased the car on my first visit. The dealership embodies a customer friendly enviornment. This is the second purchase of a car from this dealership. Purchased my 2010 GTpremium from them ,new in 2010. Have been with this dealership 4 years This is the second purchase of a car from this dealership. Purchased my 2010 GTpremium from them ,new in 2010. Have been with this dealership 4 years. My second purchase was a 2014 GT/CS, new. Lee kessler Internet Sales manager was my salesperson. He understands the Ford product being sold . He is personable with the customer. It was a pleasure to purchase my 2014 Mustang at Tower Ford. Their sevice and parts dept are also excellent. I would recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. More

I called the dealership at 11:30 am because I saw a Ford Fusion SE model that I was interested in. The salesperson who I spoke to, Howard Weissman told me the car has to be driven from one of their lots to Fusion SE model that I was interested in. The salesperson who I spoke to, Howard Weissman told me the car has to be driven from one of their lots to the dealership and he will call me back to let me know if I can see the car today. He called me back at 11:53 to tell me the car the car was on the lot. I left the house almost immediately to go to the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership I was told the car had been sold 10 minutes ago. When I returned home I checked my phone messages and Howard called my house at 12:17 to tell me know the car had been sold. THEY WANT ME TO BELIEVE THAT THIS CAR WAS SOLD IN 24 MINUTES! I called to complain to the sales manager Charlie R. The sales manager was very abrupt and unapologetic. He told me they wont hold a car even though the salesman knew I was on my way and I had specifically asked for that car - even giving the salesman the Stock # of the car. I don't know how they receive such good ratings. Clearly they are not a reputable dealer. More

All of the other reviews must be fake. This place has the worst service of any dealership. They can never find the problems with Ford vehicles. I went to a different place and they found problems in an the worst service of any dealership. They can never find the problems with Ford vehicles. I went to a different place and they found problems in an hour. I had brought two different Expeditions to them, I had to rent a car each of SIX times and they never found the problems. The sales staff is also horrible. Go somewhere else. More
