There was an issue preventing scheduled service being completed. They sent it to another vendor to assist, but forgot my vehicle there. Absolutely awful customer service. My husband and I applied for a vehicle over the weekend. That following Monday the sales rep called me and approved us. At that point we were sending paycheck stubs a applied for a vehicle over the weekend. That following Monday the sales rep called me and approved us. At that point we were sending paycheck stubs and our interest rate and payment were told to us. The sales rep even told me he would bring it to the hospital, my place of work. Less than an hour later we called to check in and he had sold it to someone else!!! They then made the excuse that they would look for another but were unwilling to cooperate. I have never been to a car lot that has such a poor quality of customer service. I have told EVERYONE I know not to shop here. I then received feedback from many who have already came to the same conclusion. Who knew you had to try so hard to give someone money. At least go somewhere where they will be kind and grateful that you are spending your money there. More

Did their job in a professional manner. They were timely as to starting and finishing. I was told there was a small oil leak, but I saw no evidence of it on the work order. An embarrassment of a dealership and "professional business". One of our customers purchased a Ford vehicle from us, and when an issue came up, he took it into Tower, who diagnosed the issue and did business". One of our customers purchased a Ford vehicle from us, and when an issue came up, he took it into Tower, who diagnosed the issue and did the repair. The customer had to take it in personally because employees were told they were not allowed to work on anything from our dealership. The repair did not fix the issue, but they told the customer to pick up his truck and pay the $223 bill anyway. We will be taking his vehicle to another Ford dealer for the actual repair, but buyer beware with this dealer. I can never imagine treating a customer like this. More
