The online scheduling is ridiculous. I’m not sure why you have times to select because the time is picked for you by whoever is scheduling. If the time slot I picked is not available the I’m not sure why you have times to select because the time is picked for you by whoever is scheduling. If the time slot I picked is not available then why is it an option? My schedule is very busy and I can’t just come when it’s convenient for you. This alone will be the reason I’ll never buy a car here again. Also, my oil change took 2 hours and I came at 8 am. I feel like my time isn’t valued here. I’m a single mother, I work full time and I go to school. I have zero extra time. I’m probably just going to go to the local oil change place from now on. I know I paid for all these services but it’s just inconvenient and hard to coordinate. Don’t get me wrong, the staff is really nice, professional but time management is a huge deal breaker for me.
