I went to town and country for one reason only to buy a used vehicle, I went because my father n law worked there for 20+ years,my son went to work with his poppy regularly. I trusted in this dealership. What I got was something that nightmares are made of and when you say that, well that is my experience with these people! I bought a 2014 Ford Focus with 43,400 miles which I thought was pretty good ? I got an extended warranty just in case . 2.5 months later the transmission went completely out and they kept it for 6 wks. Without a rental. Any and every excuse was given for not getting me a rental for 6 wks ! 16 months later complete transmission failure, kept it 2 wks. No rental , 5 days later it started slipping again . 8000.00+ dollars have been paid and I left it there . It’s junk and they sold me a car with 43,400 miles that was already known to have transmission issues but didn’t disclose that plus they sold me a car that had recalls on the gas tanks ! I told James the asst. manger of sells that I will buy a new car if you can work with me on a trade in and for 3 weeks and numerous calls to him with no reply except when he would pick up the call . Terrible customer service and support I am warning folks looking for a used car Stay Away From This Dealership. I have found out so many issues with this dealership and for me to put all of my trust into this dealership because of my father n law who spoke so highly of this dealership for 20+ yrs and to be treated the way I was solely disrespected in every way by the sales and the maintenance shop is astounding ! Save yourselves a whole lots of problems don’t buy a used car from this dealership ! I’m forced to file bankruptcy for this 9,760$ loan that I can’t pay off and this was completely avoidable shame on Ford and shame on this dealership !
