Never use Scott or Preston again I had a 2010 Sport Trac in more than excellent condition never been wrecked only one scratch and it was on it when I got it brand new September 14 201 I had a 2010 Sport Trac in more than excellent condition never been wrecked only one scratch and it was on it when I got it brand new September 14 2010. They offered me 10300 for it. The 2010 edge they said it goes for the same but the one I got within the first 3 days of having mine I found 3 of them just like the one I got for 6700. The ones with all wheel drive goes for 10500. The one I have I asked for the carfax and didn't receive one and the one I got was only front wheel drive so needless to say I GOT xxxxED. They did give me 485 dollars but 185 dollars was for the taxes on my sport Trac. I should have walked away and waited on Steve to get back but he said he trusted them so I did to but look what happened when you don't use the same guy when you get a vehicle. More

We were stopping by Town & Country Ford on our way home to the Cincinnati area and found that they were open late on a Saturday evening as well as being open on Sunday. This was important because we had not experienced any local dealers that had the great hours of service that we experienced at Town & Country Ford in Louisville KY. Our sales associate, Mr. David Reed, is the true definition of customer service and professionalism. He was dressed appropriately and was gracious when greeting my wife and I. We expressed to Mr. Reed what our needs were and he showed us the vehicle that were on his lot that may meet our needs. When we finished looking and test driving the vehicles on the lot, Mr. Reed sat down with us to review our wants and needs. We advised that we would be going through Louisville again later in the week and he promised that he would do his best to locate the exact truck that we were looking for. Mr. Reed was successful above and beyond our expectation. After purchasing the truck, we needed to come back to have a bed liner and safe installed as previously requested. I don't usually post my personal business on here but if it keeps another person from getting cheated it's worth it. I purchased a Saturn Aura with 58k miles on it from them 6 months ago, after 2 weeks of having the car I noticed that the car was driving funny, I took it to the auto center near me and they said that the rack was completely busted and it looked like it had been for a while. I took it back to Towne and Country and they informed me that it must had not been inspected properly, so they fixed it for me. I was out of a car for almost 4 days. A couple months down the road and my heat and air go out. Two weeks later my entire car is completely dead. It would turn itself off while it was on and it started to smoke. When I called Towne and Country they promised they would take care of it, get a tow and get me a rental also trade my car for a car that actually ran. so I waited 5 days and they give me a call to inform me they will not pay for anything they promised and they said it was my fault I bought a bad car. I owe 10k on a car I had for 6 months that doesn't run. All I have to say is karma will get you Danny Redman and Tim Bradley for selling me a lemon and not taking responsibility !!! They are theives!! If you are thinking of buying a car from them, think again! this is not over!! see you all in court !!!! More
