My wife and I were really impressed by the professionalism of everyone involved. From the first person I met, Michelle Pope, to working with her and her partner Gary Shotts, to meeting Jared McCrary to discuss our overall proposal and package, to finally meeting with Willie Griggs in finalizing the paperwork on our brand new Ford Edge. From start to finish, everyone worked extremely hard to earn our business and our trust. It all started with, in my opinion one of the most sincerest sales representatives I have ever met, Michelle Pope. She was persistant in contacting me but not pushy nor abrasive. She kept after me because she knew that she could do better than I was getting somewhere else. Her attitude was impressive and she really seemed concerned in satisfying our needs. Not selling us just any vehicle to make her money. She is very good in dealing with people and listening to their needs. And then she introduced us to Gary Shotts. The experience just continuned to get better. His test drive with us was very informative and very professional. He really knew all the answers to our questions and explained them in a way that didn't seem to be over confident, arrogant nor pushy. I really believe they were trying their best to get my family a great vehicle and also at a great price. My wife and I have purchased many vehicles over the years, but this has got to be one of the best, if not the best experience that we have received in purchasing a vehicle. It was not abrasive, nor confrontational, nor like a 9 round boxing match like it had been in previous vehicle purchases with other dealerships. It was just a very pleasant overall experience. Because of that, my family will enjoy this Ford Edge for a long time. When we are ready to purchase another vehicle, we will definitely contact Michelle and Gary and to make another visit to Town & Country Ford. I have been doing business with Town & Country Ford since 2002. I have been doing business with Gary Shotts since 2004. I always deal with Gary. He works very hard to make sure all my needs are met. since 2002. I have been doing business with Gary Shotts since 2004. I always deal with Gary. I know I can send my wife or daughters to do business with him and he will treat them right. The dealership is always very helpful and focused on customer service and satisfaction. I drive approximately 45 miles, one way, to get there. I also drive past a lot of other dealerships and car lots along the way. This is the only place I will do business with. Town & Country and Gary are well worth the drive. I would highly recommend them to anyone. More

David did a tremendous job for me. He found a 2014 Ford Mustang GT like I was looking for on the same day and had it delivered from the Pell City to the Bessemer location the same day so I could look at it and give it a test drive. I purchased the car the same day which enabled me to drive it back to Charlotte. David was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest in my dealings with him. Upon arriving at Town & Country Ford, I was undecided what I wanted and selecting options was even more difficult. Ryan took the time to demonstrate and explain all the options and how to use them. After driving 4-5 vehicles, I finally decided on the 2014 Ford Escape. Each of them worked to find just the vehicle for me. While working on the paperwork with Brian, Ryan was getting my phone information loaded into the system. I shopped around and compared prices over this 2 day period and I know without a doubt I got the best deal at Town & Country Ford. I would not hesitate to purchase from either of them again and I would highly recommend these gentlemen and Town & Country Ford for your next purchase. More

My husband and I wanted to surprise our daughter with a car for Christmas 3013, just one month before her 16th Birthday. We have purchased from David before so we gave him a call and told him what we want car for Christmas 3013, just one month before her 16th Birthday. The car was just what we wanted for our daughter. It was still a week away from Christmas and David was able to allow us to leave the car at the lot and pick up 1 day before Christmas so we only had to hide close to home for 1 day. On Christmas morning our daughter was so surprised. It was totally awesome to watch her figure out that it was really her car. We have a video that we will be send to David so that he can see how grateful we are that he helped us find a safe vehicle as well as the car that she loves for this special time in her life.
