Very professional, made sure I understood all the fine details, no surprises, and provided an out the door price. Most dealership aren't willing to provide written prices to hide costs. I live 300 miles away from the dealership, and Nathan even assisted by picking me up from the airport to collect the car. Very happy with the car, and the entire car buying experience from Town East. Horrible Experience Possibly one of the worst dealerships in Texas. I was about to purchase a vehicle, the loan process was taking forever. That day, they let me leave wi Possibly one of the worst dealerships in Texas. I was about to purchase a vehicle, the loan process was taking forever. That day, they let me leave with the car since they “thought” I was approved. Which made no sense at all! I kept trying to contact the dealership to get an answer since I was driving the car with no insurance because I could not add it, due to loan complication. So they stalled it out all weekend. I finally get a response with them saying I was not approved out of the blue, mind you I filled up the gas tank on this car and got my car back with no gas!! This was a horrible process, some dealerships go above and beyond to help a client, here it was more of a sales pitch and go. I would not recommend anybody to purchase here at all! Would give it zeros stars if I could! More

Service department blow off Bought a Ford Expedition in Sept of 2017 from Town East Ford in Mesquite, Texas. Currently has 24,445 miles on it and a tire blew on the freeway. Thes Bought a Ford Expedition in Sept of 2017 from Town East Ford in Mesquite, Texas. Currently has 24,445 miles on it and a tire blew on the freeway. These Good Year tires have a 60,000 mile warranty. When I called the service department, they said I would have to contact Good Year for any help. The honest thing to do would be to prorate my tire and sell me a new one. That is why I hate doing business with dealerships. More
