Thomas handled every question I had about the process and was very patient with me while I made my choice. Abel(Sales Manager) went above and beyond for me and searched for the EXACT vehicle I wanted with all of the options I wanted and had it at the dealership in 3 days. Brandon in fnance made everything a breeze and signing my paperwork was easy. If you’re looking for a Ford, go to Town East Ford and let them treat you like family. More

The Crack We selected this company for their reviews, big mistake. Sales Reviews are not indicative of a good company because by default, ALL salesmen are nice We selected this company for their reviews, big mistake. Sales Reviews are not indicative of a good company because by default, ALL salesmen are nice except when they are under their quota, then constipation kicks in. The thing is you don’t see them again after the sell or push you a car but Service, that is a whole different ballpark. 18 Months ago we bought our new mustang, the next day and early am brought it back for a slew of things on our car; a misaligned trunk lid, wipers that wouldn’t dry the windshield, rattling door speakers, washing machine like sounds from the console, vibrating shaft, badly installed door protectors, badly installed door pull protectors, no “ beading “ on the expensive paint treatment, a fluctuation in the a/c and a a driver seat with a hole yes, a big hole! The service advisor took note , told me he was going to call us to set an appointment to fix all the problems, never got a call. Turns out in my next follow I learn he was fired and the Service Director in a lack of professionalism did not follow up on th work left by his advisor, this was the beginning of our dreamcar becoming a nightmare. Three service advisors, a technician, Mr. Brandon Henson Service Director, Mr Jay Helbert Fixed Operations Director, Scott Miller General Manager did not budge in any way to honor the bumper to bumper warranty. The rookie General Manager committed verbal blunders by stating “ he reviewed the e-mails between me and the Service Director and there are none, just the review after service which had been so bad, so far that even the love for my mustang, the buffer, up to that pont started to wane. Frustration and disbelief settles in when you have to stop your car when it rains, even using just the washer creates a dangerous smear on the line of sight, making me invariably think of Mr. Kurt Jones, the invisible one, who professes he speaks with customers, but not us. We tried in vain and most recently more, to communicate, a dialogue to settle an absolute resolution but no, he instructs Mr. Miller to say, more excuses yet never adressing why? What is the problem with honoring the solid bumper to bumper warranty? Apparently the think they are so perfect, so good, that when something goes bad like the domino effect on the client data of a fired service advisor they don’t have the guts to fix the problem, the are PROUD, proud of their Sales reviews. But not where their cookie is crumbling. Things happen for a reason and before I took my car to its second dreaded oil change and rotation ( the only scratches on the wheels and small dent on the rear fender were on the first change) I wash the car by hand for insurance. When getting my things from the trunk something caught my eye, something that had been there all along. The key to the Lock Lug Nuts , alone, so small I didn’t notice the weird? Where are my regular lug nuts, the ones “ they” take out to install the new Lock Nuts in place. The stay with them, appropriation of 4 lug nuts that I paid for, they are mine! Irritated while at the oil change I asked a lady with a new Taurus, when she checked , they took them too, an a fellow new mustang owner the same, he was fuming. Is this a common practice, if so Insuppose a scramble to get them to their owners. I asked through e- mail, Mr. Jones and Mr. Miller for an answer and nothing no lug nuts . No warranty, stole my lug nuts , included the not so Ford , MPP program that we did not want and with this kind of service even less, added unwanted gap insurance and On Guard ( invoiced and paid twice to the un ethical , Mr Crane, who even though we stated no, not interested for now, maybe nearing end of the bumper to bumper, he passed my wife the papers she unknowingly signed thinking they had to do with the financing while Inwent for a smoke, no wonder he was so nervous and sweaty, he scammed us. We are taking action with all pertinent authorities concerning their fraudulent handling of our case , through their neglect they have completely thwarted the use and enjoyment of our car. Ford Co.referred us to another dealer thanks to them! More
