They made it happen! My brother and I started the day thinking that we were going to have to drive all over the DFW to find a car for him. On top of the stress of having to shop and negotiate, we were worried about having to put money down that we didn’t have and that it would be difficult to find financing. Fortunately one of the stops we made was at Town East Ford. All of our questions were answered (we had a lot) and at the end of the day, my brother was able to drive off in his very first brand new car. Everyone we spoke to was kind,eager to help and determined to make it work for us which they did. When my husband and I are ready to trade in or buy again, this will definitely be one of our first stops. More

My 2018 Ford F150 XLT Crew Experience I would recommend going to Town East Ford for your next new Truck, because not only were my wife and I very satisfied with the buying process, we were I would recommend going to Town East Ford for your next new Truck, because not only were my wife and I very satisfied with the buying process, we were really surprised at how involved the salesman (Ranger) and the Business Manager (Brandon) were in the final steps which made us feel overjoyed and saying to ourselves this was worth the trip. I filled out App Information online, thinking i would get turned down or not even called returned until Ranger called, Ranger greeted us in the parking lot and it was cold and pouring rain, i mean drenching.. There was no negativity only lets "which truck you want and lets see what we can do" and i was skeptical. Yes Ranger like the Ford Truck.. lol At the dealership, We felt at home and at ease, we were in a total of 2 hour 30 mins not all day like other dealerships we have visited, no gotchas or "well,, this is what we have meaning something i did not want." none of that at all. It was so smooth and i love my new truck. Ranger even helped with unloading the old truck and loading up the new one. please go see the salesmen at Town East Ford, you wont be disappointed like we were not. thank you Mike and Demeteria More
